Michele B. Smith, Ph.D.

A Counseling Psychologist, Dr. Smith is trained to facilitate healthy development through each stage of life. Using evidence-based practices, she encourages authentic emotional expression while helping clients identify faulty thoughts and modify behaviors that may affect health, well-being and relationships through life’s important transitions. With a background in cultural psychology, an interest in meditative practices, and experience working in community mental health, college health services, and independent schools, Dr. Smith brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her private practice with late teens and adults.
